Given the recent drama over "enrollment" versus "recruitment" and the resulting 8-K...

the hiring of Ondra (who most likely was consulted over the exact wording of anything having to do with L)... I'd think special care was taken as to how to phrase that section.

It's obvious they are preparing for commercialization... and not for the "futility" of the trial, as a small few of our posters seem to think. Most likely, those posters will continue to suggest that the company is just furthering their grand scheme to simply build up Cognate (who's largest client is NWBO) with all these "bullish" signs of commercialization, while NWBO fades into oblivion.

However sometime soon, the "trial information submitted for regulatory review" would have to receive some kind of answer. Kinda hard to pull off a scam like some have suggested with a regulatory answer to a review hanging in the wings.
