But COR deemed the 8 shareholders as affected parties to mention about them in their response. If those 8, or the thousands of other shareholders they referred to were not important, they would not bring that to court's attention.

Except, when they mention only 8 responded, they omitted the fact that the thousands others were never notified, and if notified may have responded like the 8 who did.
