That is not shorting, that is client accounts selling unregistered stock. Their compliance did not do proper due diligence in reviewing legal opinion on the safe harbors used to resale the unregistered securities, such as not aged or shell companies when the deposits and sales were made on behalf of the client.

COR and all the attorneys that opined on the debt conversions on CRGP may run into this problem as well.
