Driscoll doesn't have 100m shares left. He's down to72,976,940 and could be selling more since the last entry of Sep 4.

I agree that it is his right to do so, and was properly reported, but it is telling that his holdings are being depleted. Insider selling is never a good thing. If he knew the company would be successful going forward, he might be adding to his holdings instead of selling.
