doesn't matter when the shares were sold, it matters that going by the dates they were sold coincide with dates of pr's..
the amended 4k filing ,the shares sold the pr dates all in line..
that is shareselling, and an insider selling on the pr dates knowing full well a pr was coming out...insider info...
shareselling...SEC, will look at that I am sure...
