Look there have been pending sales for months. This is all BS, these guys have been working on smoke and mirrors for months. It is not about pending sales, it is about signed paper. As I have said many times, selling to the government, school districts and foreign governments take for ever and you will go out of business waiting if you don't have the staying power. Schools don't have money, period. They will do trials until the cows come home. The opportunity was Actsoft and that never made any sense.
