No need for an appology. I got into HISC before I knew about ACTSOFT. I admit, I did have dreams of taking a year off work, but , ah well.

HISC still sounds like a great company, it is just I'll have to wait until next year to retire.

I knew EVSI was basiclly a shell company.....it didn't matter what busness they were in, now it is whatever Frank makes of it.

And since everyone is speculating, here is some of my speculating on what happened:

I don't think Frank and the board necessarily had a big fight and they booted Frank out. It sounds like Frank wants to use the new company to purchase others. Who knows, maybe it may even end up purchasing ACTSOFT later. And if he lead HISC to this level (which is where there is lots of potential), then who is to say he didn't make a great move and the new company won't do terrific?

Here are the key things:
1. They didn't say that the new company is worthless. There may be lots of assests or business agreements that may make it a good company.

2. HISC has done great so far (I know the pps hasn't, but the company seems solid and that will eventually carry up the pps).

3. ACTSOFT/HISC merger didn't go through, but I haven't heard it said when that decision was officially made. It could have been today. Not likely, but possible, and would explain why Frank didn't say much in the conferance.

So basiclly we know that we have stock in a company that has some pretty kicking sells pending and a good partnership with ACTSOFT. We are getting dividend stock in a new company that may be worth squat, or it could turn into a diamond. Doesn't sound all that bad, just not what I had hoped.

Hey, if I was expecting a Lambourgini for $1000 and I got a Viper instead, I would be just as disappointed, but crazy if I refused it because it wasn't what I expected.

Well, we will see what tomorrow brings.....GLTY
