"Schools don't have money"??? I have to diagree with you there, friend... They have DEEP pockets. Much of the money that schools spend is MATCHING money from the STATE and FEDERAL governments for uses exactly like the CT on school buses. Besides the school bus' CT is, in the long run, lawsuit avoidance. A wise preventative.....
