It appears to me there were several dumpers, the question is when did Nobilis start their dump and it is pretty obvious looking at the price action of this stock they purposely depressed the price making it cheap to purchase for CRGP. Miraculously the AS had to be increased when the dumping increased in volume, kind of skirts that affiliate, but only FINRA will be able to determine the changes in AS and the ownership in the account to exact dates.
