At least that part of what happened is clear enough.
But it might be interesting to discuss whether Nobilis's debt conversion--to 329 million shares--made it an affiliate. If so, wouldn't it have been unable (technically) to sell all of the stock in a one month period? According to CRGP, the o/s was 129 million shares.
But if the conversion didn't make it an affiliate, then we'd have to assume the o/s was close to 3 billion shares…
It can't be figured exactly, because we don't know how much Nobilis sold in each of its transactions, but still...
