What I think Power is saying name all the infringers that

are not being sued and file a suit against all of them

and if possible incorporate as many as possible into 1 suit.

I am amazed we haven't either renewed a license with Apple

or sued them/ There is no doubt they are selling unlicensed

product. In other word quit screwing around and taking years

to get a deal when we can hopefully get it resolved on a

Texas rocket docket. Either we get paid or go broke trying.

This 10 to 15 years crap has got to stop.
