I did see and read Southbird's post and will give him credit for identifying himself.
Although his words did appear sincere, I just find it extremely difficult to believe an attorney and former Judge would have fallen for RG and his antics. Judges see characters like RG everyday in Court and their BS radar can usually sniff RG types out in seconds.
But let's go with he was duped by RG. I also find it extremely difficult to believe that an attorney and former Judge would allow anything to be filed in Court on his behalf, with his name on it without out at least reading it first and/or approving it first.
But let's go with RG went rogue. I also find it extremely difficult to believe that an attorney and former Judge would allow an embarrassing document filed in Court in his name on it and allow it to stand naked with no response if he truly did not support it or its contents because he was embarrassed, duped and incorrect in backing a clown.
That is what Southard, an attorney, former Judge and sitting member of an existing Equity Committee would have us all believe. And if it is true, is this person and the folks he is currently collaborating with along with their attorneys whom you want representing you in Court?
The idea of needing an Equity Committee now or in the future is a separate topic and should be debated.
