There was a point when Southbird (that was Southhards name on here) did post about what happened previously with RG and he explained himself and his intentions the best he could. He admitted to his mistakes and it seemed like quite the sincere post. I think it was his way of him reaching out.
I thought it was a very informative post whether you agreed with him or not.
His post was deleted, and we haven't heard a word from him since.
Now I'm not saying the guy was right or not, I'm saying the explanation was here for some to see. (I believe he violated the board rules in the post)
Cents I love you more than I love biscuits and gravy, and I love biscuits and gravy.
I should have put the line in context with the rest of the paragraph. But in either case the line doesn't sound all that great to me. And I understand one line was in court and one wasn't, but it still doesn't sound like "nothing to worry about over here..."
All my point is that we shouldn't just say we don't need an EC and put our faith in GT to do the right thing. If the judge thinks an EC is a good thing for shareholders who were fleeced then I'll be tickled pink to know we have a voice in the proceedings. And if it's not necessary, then I believe the judge will make the right call.
