It does, but you're in a 13 cent stock. Do you think he requested that type of salary so he can be hammered with negative phone calls every Q questioning that very issue? Let's see what he produces in the next few quarters. Let's see why Engel invited them to the Symposium. Do you think it's because they think he's an idiot? Surely they know the situation. If Engel doesn't, well then they've wasted their time and money promoting them at the Symposium and introducing them to potential markets and customers and embarrassed themselves. Is that Engel's m.o.? I do not know who decided a Symposium introduction in Europe was a great idea, but if it was Steipp (or at least Engel saw enough to OK it), then there is no way you can deny him some credit, particularly if there is a push into major European markets. Of course, it's all speculation until fruition, but it's a wonderful introduction for them.
