I used to think like you're doing now. It took awhile for his request to really
sink in. As a matter of fact, I voted "yes"... So naive or too full of hope and I was
blinded on the utter arrogance of that pay raise request, and total cluelessness of the
effect on stock holders.....and also EMPLOYEES of LQMT...I can just imagine
what was said behind his back...what Houck thought about it.
You wait for good things happening behind the curtain to be exposed to stockholders...
so they can vote "yes" to a pay raise with justification. Say half million dollars max...
that Million showed me, Mr. Steipp may be in extreme financial difficulties, so extreme
its affected his judgement perhaps. One example is the pay raise...and the other could
be the rejected KNIVES by MA. He should have been on top of that every day.....
he should have checked out the QC process, made sure there was an example of
an acceptable KNife to MA....that they could compare all other knives....and if there
was a question....then a PHONE CALL TO MA and PICTURE could have determined if the knives in question would pass MA"s scrutiny. The Buck stops at the top.
