The SEC collected ~$1.55 million from crooks that helped Dial sell millions of unregistered shares. All that money has been paid out in restitution.

The DOJ seized assets of Dial & Jarvis. Ellerman claimed to be broke. I've never heard the value of Dial & Jarvis's combined assets.

$7.2 million in restitution claims have been filled. In Aug 2013 Dial filed an appeal contesting about$1.8 million of the claims. A hearing is set, in Houston for 25 July 2015 before a Federal judge.
