That really shows just how ridiculous the laws have become in this country when the appeal filed takes a year from filing till the court date. IMO, the lawyers that delay these cases are as bad as the original thieves that stole our money. that goes for the judges that allow these cases to drag on for years, plus the DOJ for not getting these cases closed and the scammed reimbursed asap.
