Dew: Is the buyer a private company? 20 million seems like a fire sale considering what Cliffs paid for the area. Usually when you buy assets for pennies on the dollar, good if not great things can happen.

Rick Rule of Sprott thinks that area is a couple of years away from being an excellent speculative play.
