What do you mean? These are facts, not what is possible. I'm hoping we partner before the 2nd interim look so we can start propelling the rest of the pipeline forward but as far as the launch date for Bavituximab it's not what I choose to believe, it's what the company is stating will be the launch date...earliest Q1 2017. And CSM carries $4 million in insurance. The damages might as well be a zillion. There is no way the company is getting more than $4 million and PPHM even tried to settle for a max of $4 million and was rejected. The wouldn't have tried to settle for $4 million if they though they had a legitimate shot at a couple billion.
