They are trying to get around it by having teh responsibility belong to each commentator. I emailed a commentator and didn't get a disclaimer from him either. who is ultimately responsible? The publisher. That's how they nailed Westy and CCE.

I will ask my question here for the sake of it. Is jagfn or any affiliate, independent contractor, newsman, analyst, investor ... receving any compensation of any kind for any coverage of any company or entity on the show? How does jagfn make money? Ads only?
