Not having a disclaimer is an SEC violation, if you are doing something that requires a disclaimer. But the site in question clearly has one. And I have watched a couple of the shows. During the live program, they flash up and put out the disclaimer.

We have a disclaimer, but it has nothing to do with stock promotion. And never will.
