Management and the judge cannot just choose to wipe out commons just because they feel like it will be better. Sure, if the financial future shows it is NEEDED, then they will have to wipe out commons in order to continue on. The decision to wipe out commons is not a simple choice. I know we're beating a dead horse here, but if assets clearly outweigh the liabilities and no bonds requiring present repayment have been impaired, they legally cannot wipe out common shares just because they might want to. Also, don't forget, it shares get wiped out, management loses all of their shares, as well

IMO the reason for so little movement in share price lately is that the exact value of the assets is still unknown. Many of us have speculated, but until we get concrete numbers from GT or some evidence of for sure future contracts, it's still up in the air. IP value is still very much up in the air, too. I think as soon as we see actual news from GT, the price will react sharply, whether that's up or down.
