Reading most of the posts the last 4 months there is a lot of opinions on common shares commiing out just fine. I don't see anyone posting the possibility and advantage of shares being canceled out and new ones issued and possibility of the company starting out fresh with their pre-Apple debogle, if management is looking at this along with the judge it has possibilities. Shareprice not moving prior to judgement day in my thinking does not bode well for my long shares. JMHO
