Would you pay a thief, criminal, conspirator, espionage agent and liar that stole customers and company property while being an officer of the company, IFUS-Supreme Energy (JS and Steve Adelstein, now Ex--directors) after catching him red handed?
I think not.
I know I would not have paid him.
Just connect the dots folks, it is pretty clear now what happened.
I am amazed that SA was a director of the company loaning the money while at the same time he was at the company IFUS-Supreme Energy receiving the loan as a director, a clear no-no ethics wise!!!
And now we know he was creating Absorbezz to steal it all from IFUS while making the loan and calling the loan. It does not get any more criminal than that imho.
I will tell you what MW did not do, he did not pay JS the $250,000 JS tried to extort!!! Which may be why JS back stabbed MW?
