Check this out. "Nutri-Feed. The future of cattle feed". Don't worry the ranchers are sleeping. I want 100,000 pounds of SGP+. I am going to drop one small piece of corn, wheat and grain into it. Stir it together with a boat paddle. Never disclose it's bagasse or anything about the content percentages. And boys, the ranchers will buy it. All I will say is it is grain, wheat, corn and proprietary nutrients. The percentages of each do not have to be disclosed. Bragging about using bagasse was the mistake. And it's not anyone's fault. The ranchers are just too dang stupid to understand it. The ones buying it are smarter. But there is not enough of them.

The ranchers know that bagasse did not work as cattle feed due to digestive issues (around 35%). I will give the secret sauce the benefit of the doubt that it fixes that problem. I don't think the problem was the cows not eating SGP+. The problem was the ranchers would not bet their farm it works because bagasse was named after the word "trash". They are never going to change.

Here is what pisses me off. I am not getting paid here. Steve named it Absorbeez because something in that secret sauce worked. I am guessing Joe or someone told him? I know MW tried to sell it and I respect his efforts. But the solution to this problem is so simple. Scrap the claims that it's the secret sauce added to the bagasse.

Sell a cattle feed labeled as "Re-feed" or any other tree hugger's late night fantasy. No testing in India. Ranchers will never listen. The few that tested it know it works but who is listening to them? Get a separate entity to premarket SGP+ as a cattle feed recycled from plants. Never disclose it came from bagasse. Rename it, and focus on that revenue. And you are going to need a separate company name and person to back it as a new cattle feed. Scrap all ties to bagasse and market as a new cattle feed. WTF do I know?

I would have ranchers buying it next week under a new name and tell the people in India testing it to kiss my bagasse. IFUS just needs the revenue before the note holders take a viagra. Guess I need to get back on my meds.

iFUS can set up a separate entity selling the cattle feed and retain 100%. It's tricky because how do you tell a CEO to hide in the closet and let someone else sell it? I know he tried to sell it and other wanted to steal this technology from him. I have reason believe the science works. Rename it and never disclose it came from bagasse.

Just a suggestion. I will take my meds now.

I think the average royalty/licensing runs about 10%. I am willing to give IFUS upwards of 25% of our total revenue or even more. I am not here to hurt the IFUS shareholders. I would give IFUS 50% if me and you could make a decent return on running a private company licensing the technology. And we are talking fertilizer. A very specific licensing agreement for that industry in certain areas. Greenhouses in the USA and farmers in South America. I will make you enough money in our private business and suggest you never sell a single IFUS share you own. I will wake up every morning with the sole intention of severely pissing off the note holders that have intentions of converting shares to dilute this stock. And I will do it by producing revenue.

If we can license the technology or the secret sauce, my contacts will help us figure out how to make it work. I am not trying to pressure you into this. A private business offer like this on a message board? It sounds suspicious. Funny thing is, I don't care. If and I say if I become involved, my identity will be fully disclosed on this message board. And I thought of one other thing. We will allow IFUS to disclose exactly how much revenue they receive for their licensing agreement with us. But IFUS will not be allowed to release any other news in regards to our potential revenue or developments of our private company.

My credibility was in question because of what time of the day or night I post comments? Here is a comment for you - There are no paid bashers here and no one is in a short position on IFUS. Here is what I see, a bunch of insiders at IFUS or people connected to them that are pointing their middle finger at each other. My offer to have SGP+ tested in regards to use as a fertilizer with the contacts I mentioned was valid and legit. There was something that bothered me. It was worth a hell of a lot more than 20 grand in compensation. New offer is on the table, I will have SGP+ with my contacts for 200 grand.

One catch to it, I will not accept any form of payment from IFUS. You know who has got to pay me privately and offer an outline on how control of ownership can be changed.

The last report filed shows that existing inventory fell from $120,000 of feed stock to $18,000 in a year ... even though there were only $20,000 of sales in the entire year. So, $102,000 of inventory disappeared with no explanation. If this were a genuine company there would be either a detailed explanation or a thorough investigation in which heads would roll.

There are only three possibilities.

A) The inventory was given out freely to ranchers/farmers to use so that IFUS could claim it was shipping product,

B) The inventory never actually existed,

C) The inventory was sold but Walther stuffed his pocket with the proceeds and did not report them as required. This fits right in with Walther's well known and long term propensity of defrauding shareholders and embezzlement.
