Lead Plaintiff…..

It’s not a question of who has lost the most. It’s only a question of who is willing to be publicly named, thus exposing them to public scrutiny. I am willing. Once you are publicly named as a lead plaintiff in a class action, the people that lost money in their investment will come after you full force. They are pissed, need a target, and all of a sudden “you’re it”. OK…. I’m IT…. come and get me…. I have been completely above board, and now I’ll pursue all legal remedies available. I am still giving Rich the benefit of the doubt about his buying SEVU stock in April…if the required SEC filings do not show up soon, then I’ll be filing a lawsuit against RM for that action also. I expect to be able to recover damages I incurred on the investments I made based the statements Rich was buying stock in the open market. Of course, if in fact these purchases did occur, then all is ok, and I have no cause of action,
