I have switched fence a few times. I look for opportunities, whichever way the wind is blowing. I did EXTENSIVE DD on SEVU, sold out as a result, bought back in after conversations with Rich, sold out again after an additional conversation with Rich was less than satisfying, bought back in for 100K shares at 70 cents based on Rich publicly positing that he was very actively buying shares in the open market. When the 10th of May passed, and there was still no filing with the SEC of the purchases by Rich, I became worried. On the evening of 5-15 I posted an “URGENT MESSAGE FOR RICH MCBRIDE”
Failing to receive a favorable response, I sold all of my holdings in SEVU the next morning. I wanted out, at any price. That was my selling that drove the price from .58 to .42 in thirty minutes. I unloaded the rest throughout the day.
I currently have no position in SEVU, nor do I intend to acquire one. I do intend to contact the law firm conducting the class action lawsuit against SEVU, I have no reservations about becoming a party to the lawsuit, and also intend to offer myself as a “lead plaintiff”. I have NO worries about a supposed “counter suit”, and I DO have substantial assets.
