Sentiment, the fact that you are skimming over is, who cares if we are giving half payment in stock if the payment is grossly over that of FMV?? As I have stated before, if FMV is $1 and we are paying $2, half in stock, is that a good deal? I don't know if we are paying over FMV but I do know that we don't have a CFO to watch over the conflict of interest that is Linda Powers owning our manufacturing company.

We seem to be incurring the brunt of the expenses to ramp up production, we don't even know what that means. Are we paying for all equipment, leases, and man power? If so why not do it on our own? Typically you contract out to take advantage of facilities and manufacturing capabilities to save money and utilize expertise. Why would I go to a 3rd party to make something for me if I was funding the whole thing, as you can tell by our burn rate we aren't exactly paying peanuts.
