Let's say we lose all the appeals and take FDA to Court and win....what do we win? Can the Court make FDA reinstate SPA /approve ANCHOR? Can AMRN sue FDA for financial damages? Has there ever been a case in federal court when a company sued FDA for $, won and FDA paid them?
