There you go again foaming at the mouth, Mickey.

IDCC has probably outperformed more than 90% of the market during the last 5 years -- most certainly 99% of the market during the last 2 years. Yet insider selling is not a major issue in 99% of companies.

Why?

Insider selling is just too unreliable as an indicator of future stock performance. All you have to do is look at IDCC's insider sales during the last 3 years to see that IDCC insiders have consistently sold too soon. Heck, try subscribing to any of the insider tracking services and they will tell you the same thing: insider activity is generally unreliable, but over a long period of time, the activities of certain insiders are worth following because they may provide an incremental trading edge. But even then insider buys are still only slightly more reliable than insider sales.

The only reason that insider selling is an issue with a high beta (4.93) stock like IDCC is because of the irrational reaction of people like you. That irrational reaction has obviously drawn the attention of many traders who are obviously well aware of the fact that the IDCC shares are being distributed from weaker hands to stronger hands.

Face it, Mickey. People like you are the weaker hands, a figure of speech that is certainly not written in stone.
