Are we all so dumb to not understand why all the inside sells came when they did? Had the officers not sold the stock might of been in the mid $30.00's by now. Who knows maybe IDCC did put out that press release to stop our stock from ripping right on into the $30.00's. Don't you realize that their options are priced on the day of the annual shareholders meeting, and the lower the price the happier they are.
If you was going to get a boat load of options predicated on a closing stock price on the day of the annual meeting would you want the price higher or lower? Would you bring a announcement right now of something big or wait till right after the annual meeting? All things point to cheap options for bigger rewards.
