incompetence and naiveté are a given.
Mark has admitted to them publicly in both interviews and emails.

re: lying, there remain the lies around the 2011 reverse split and rampant dilution.

Mark seemed to change his stripes in the aftermath of the split, reducing OS/debt, etc...

in the moment, no telling what the truth is.

the only clear thing is that MIKP was 1-2 days from filing the audit several weeks ago, on several occasions.

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
