Sorry, imiloa, but 'naiveté' is no longer an option.

You can only claim that once, beyond that, you know that you need to make sure it doesn't happen again and you enlist the help of people whose job it is to do it right. Failure to enlist the proper help may be incompetence, but not naivete. One of the problems with Mark is; he got away with claiming it once over two years ago, so now he tries to claim it every time he can. And when he can't claim that, he blames the help he enlisted.

So now, IMO, he either needs to get better help or stop lying to us about the help. And, of course, if he is lying to us about the help, then that means he is lying about EVERYTHING.

The other lie that Mark keeps telling is about the form 10/audit filing. That lie goes all the way back to March of 2014 and continues. Mark is smart, but he wants you to think he is dumb.
The only thing worse than an evil incompetent is an evil competent. For this reason I do not trust Mark. And when you try to call him on something such as my posting what his next move was on his facebook (which incidently happened) he deletes it and removes me from the MIKP facebook board.

Calculated conning is what most see here...

incompetence and naiveté are a given.
Mark has admitted to them publicly in both interviews and emails.
