Bull:OF course not!
I absolutely do not equate all opposition to prop 2 as management bashing. I equate the opposition to prop 2 that is based on bashing management as management bashing.
So when people articulate what IMHO are baseless scenarious where management manipulates events in order to affect the exercise of options not yet approved or granted to them and when management is directly accused of unjustly enriching themselves at our expense and other such things, I consider that management bashing.
And I don't think that helps our investment or accomplishes any changes in management or how they go about their business either.
But I have said, and for the record I will say again: IMHO reasonable minds can differ over prop 2 and everyone should vote their own mind and conscience in this.
There are quite a few posters who have articulated their reasons and their analysis who I respect. I have even commented that I see where they're coming from even though I don't necessarily agree. There's been good reasons articulated on both sides of the debate IMHO and that is a good thing, the issue has been fully explored and people have heard both sides views and rationale and analysis fully articulated.
I give much less credence to posts on either side that begin with or deteriorate into personal attacks, ad hominem attacks, which lose sight of the substantive issues and devolve into the pettiest of mud slinging and there's been enough, in fact far too much, of that to go around.
So when I talk about management bashing I have a very specific but limited number of posts and posters in mind, not all who happen to reasonably disagree with the YES position that I have decided upon for myself.
For the record: there are many NO voters who I respect immensely notwithstanding my position on this particular issue and who have articulated their reasons for voting NO without 'bashing' management. Their position is entirely legitimate and reasonable IMHO. I personally happen to disagree with them, that's all. Doesn't make em bad people or management bashers.
How's that?
