Joel, I would hope that you don't equate, as many here do, all oppostion to proxy2 on this board as management "bashing".

I agree with the gest of that statement...who couldn't? I just don't think that an objective and eyes open approach to the actions of management, and particularly the close consideration of the proxy2 request, should be termed management "bashing". If you were to objectively undertake an anaylis of the posts concerning these issues, including many hundreds prior to your appearance here, you might just find the a significant portion of the "bashing" has been aimed at posters that merely express disagreement with certain actions and questions of management's actions.

My point is there has been more than enough to go around on both sides.
