PegnNJ. Drinking though is a whole nother subject. I agree society has gone nuts when it comes to lawsuits.
As for me though I will never live in fear.

I sign a paper for every sport my kids play which takes the responsibility back to me.
Of course that's under a league setting.

Now if my kid gets hurt at his friends house playing ball I expect their home owners insurance to pick up the tab. As they would of me. No lawyer would be involved.
