I still haven´t the proof, for how much have Iberian Resources bought Lomero Poyatos, but what i can say is that Iberian Resources was never somebody another then the PTQ directors:

They was get together the over 44 mio shares of PTQ for sold Lomero Poyatos to PTQ:

In anyway it is now how it is and we have to work with it, but changes here are needed ASAP!!!!!
