Look at the first page of the balance sheet. The complete(!) liabilites alredy 194 mio usd.

And so the story goes on and on. No need to say "I still haven´t the proof" it only cheapens the rest of the information. The same goes for quoting old and recycled news claims about Fifer. Does it help whatever your point is?
