It is the mets that kill. The most obvious evidence is the way various stages of cancer are described.

A friend, acquaintance if you will, was a biotech researcber who might as well have made that his battlecry.

So why destroy the tumors?

- Of course those are the source of the mets.

That doesn't say bad things about NWBO's platform. What it does say is that a systemic response is necessary for longterm survival.

Are there non-metastasized cancers that kill?

- Yes, at least cancers that have only very localized mets but that is hardly common.
