Of the PRs released (presumably years ago or even more current), are there any which you can directly contradict, which either can be proven to be false or incorrect? Certainly that would have resulted in an investigation, delisting, or jail time for Dr. M., but non of that has occurred. I'm always in favor of keeping an open mind, and doing DD, but I've been here since 2012 and don't see the same as you regarding your DD which alludes to the fact you feel prior PRs may be fabricated.
It's Go Time here Folks - We'll all know how sound our investments are shortly. if you claim to want to make $ and flip, or are in for the long haul, let's get that DD on the table and start making Valid Decisions based off that information. Don't speculate without reason and don't reason without doing your homework.
