We cant buy? I cant with TD , unless someone knows of another broker, but rule was we cant buy until they upload , market maker took a sell above yesterdays price? Or Market makers shuffling between each other , or is some other buyer getting through somehow?

There should be some disclosure from the OTC or expert marker or whatever to give us answers while we wait for upload.... see other stocks that are getting volume during this past year that the new rule took effect too that aren't current........

New filing about to hit as time frame is this week as they have been consistent with the last bunch of Quarter reports....

DEWM needs to upload them all now , see if this is the time , then they open up the market to buyers , if they want to that is....

Some nice updates with it all and should take off , get over the .01+ would be nice of course...

At the bottom of the financials posting releases from last Sept '21 to current they just state this :

So it seems they are saying they complied to be current for the new regulations , but the last step to upload them all , they have been delaying for some reason.

Are they waiting for some deals to finalize first? We can only wonder until new info comes out....

New filing of financials for DEWM is due for this month, about a week away as they have been putting them up every 3 months , last Qrt updates were around the 14/15 on a Mon so guessing on or before a week from this Mon.
Then we get:

I am looking for DEWM to go into a new direction , maybe merge into something new of that sort.

Mostly based on the fact that they let their attempt to get a Canada patent on the Kushcakes become abandoned . They could have extended to try and get it , but they didnt and let it just expire .....almost quietly

Here's the thing, how long does it take to make brownies? I see other companies who have introduced all sorts of products in the same time that Dewmar is supposedly making brownies. Really going back to the idea that this company is on hold until Marco gets out of jail. How long have they been trying to come up with Kush Kakes?
