I don't think the FDA letter is of any consequence.

This company is done without it. It is broke. It has no money to do all the grandiose things Moran talks about.

Moran has been selling this stuff for 5 years now. The 10K for 2012 was pretty bad. The 10K for 2013 is expected to be even worse.

Yes the 10Q for 1st Qtr of 2014, is in his words, very good. Something like a 550% gain. But did he give us actual figures? No. What is 550% of a really bad number?

I also consider it a major breach of his fiduciary duty as a CEO to keep the shareholders informed.

Since 2012 he has released 49 Pr's. If even most of them turned out to be true Dr. Moran would be on the cover of Forbes. However if you read all of them carefully they don't add up.

Some of his bio's say this company has 50 employees. Others say 1. He talks about his ribbons and awards during Desert Storm. He was NOT in Desert Storm. He also says he was in the Olympics. He was NOT in any Olympics. In 2012 the product was in 28 states. How many more since then? Anyone notice a pattern?

I could go on and on like Des Row but I won't. It is up to each here to do their own DD....and believe me, there is a lot out there if you do the research.

Another reason I don't want to post all the DD I found is that I want the pps to go up. Though I flipped this stock several times and made good money, I am presently down 50% on my last buy in. And I don't like to loose.

I have made it no secret that I am here for one reason...I think there is a good chance of a bounce. I stand to make a lot of money. But I am getting worried. The pps keeps going down daily. There might not be one more bounce. This company could be toast already. Oh well, a gamble is a gamble.

Lastly I am sure there will be some here that want to really take some shots at me. I ask that you keep to the facts and not make it personal. If we make it personal it could get ugly here. Let's be civil please.
