That's really a good idea,, Dilute it's shareholders by 98% by issuing 67 Times the outstanding shares because interest rates on it line of credit is low.. What would Warren Buffet say about that,, one who has never diluted his book value per share to make a deal or ever had a split of any kind..


The company wants to grow not be in a standstill just to pay off debt, ACGX has the lowest interest rate I've ever seen, no need to hurry up and repay it $ACGX
