Thought you were outta here til Monday? Dilution rates are a non issue on this one and will eventually be over. They are much higher on many of the MJ Pink Sheets with larger Share Structures trading multiple pennies as many of those companies depend on share equity financing just to keep the lights on. ACGX does not have that problem.
As ACGX's market cap surpasses $20,000,000 and continues to grow, most financing options, acquisitions, and client bases should have much better terms for ACGX. imo One thing to note, their interest rate at the bank on their million dollar line of credit is 2 something percent. per conference call
