Just a thought... what if the CoB is justified and you are wrong to question him/her?
(I picture Gilda Radner's character on SNL that always ended with "nevermind")

Again, Bob's job is to hold CoB's accountable. The CoB's manage their boards and the individuals that use them. The membership are responsible for following the rules as described where they wish to interact. Unless you feel Anarchy is a more viable organizational system for running a BBS, your argument is invalid.
If you feel it necessary to comment further we should move to the Parking Lot.
