The objective right now is to make money. The bodybeam is something to bank on. They still have that stupid fsbowebtv.com site that doesn't half-work. I wondered if that was just a front. LOL.
Hear Hear! em.
I checked the video and in my opinion, this looks like an easy to use, simple machine. Unless you are training for a professional sport, using your body weight (or % thereof) for resistance is all you need (aside from a decent eating plan) to maintain metabolism and good muscle tone/growth. If you have an ounce of creativity in your little finger, you can exercise every body group with the BodyBeam.
I'll probably add one to my exercise room at some point. If you're into weights like I am, this would be good to warm up on, too.

Did someone just by $5.00 worth or am I just misreading the volume today? Must have been a test buy?

What happens when the ten-day suspension period ends? Will the SEC issue a statement about the status of the company after the suspension has ended?
No. The SEC will not comment publicly on the status of a company when the ten-day suspension ends because the company may still have serious legal problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine whether it has defrauded investors. The public will not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.
Joe, do you think she was told not to respond?
I am curious about that.

Go ahead, buy 10 million shares. I dare you! lol.
Where did you get that information? TIA.
Management's move first. :)

Thanks for the response.
I'm slowly bleeding off shares at .0001 and forfeiting my commission. With no recent response and websites that are not working, I can come back in six months to reassess whether I want to buy in at .0001. Very frustrated due to the fact that they wouldn't even address the simple things.
I'm not labeling this a scam, just management incompetency to the Nth degree.
Has ANYONE spoken to this company in the last couple of days? WTH is going on?
What gives you this idea? I'd like to be optimistic too in light of the recent non-developments.
OT. Just a thought, mind you. Try pasting in Notepad and summarizing without the IT Strategy-speak before you do it here. Make your posts to the point rather than pasting a page of what some would consider "fluff". Your other posts have been fine, IMO.
Thanks,
Smitty
OK. So what else are you, sand, joenatural and myself going to talk about without the others? lol!
Why all caps, soupdish?
Wow, 50 FSMH messages since I checked IHUB last. I thought something good was happening, but alas the sorry management is still allowing this company to wilt on the vine.
Maybe the company is buying back shares...seems to be a common strategy among some pinks...
Keep the price low, hold off on fixing their websites, poor communication, then start a PR blitz when the timing is right.

Nothing would give us more satisfaction than to email her, copying Cramer and the SEC: "Nice try". lol.
Call 'em. I did twice with no results. wtf.
I agree. I just read the article was thinking the same thing. The Street.com's intentions are obvious.
True, slojab. Let us hope we hear from them soon. em
Thanks, Sand. They won't think twice about uplisting until they have bought back all the shares they want, I suppose.
Thanks slojab. em
Sorry to have not done my DD with this particular item, but has buzz proclaimed moving off the pinks as a near-term objective? TIA
Scary stuff. SEC can wreak havoc at will.
Thanks slojab. :)
I suppose they do not have any interest in uplisting anytime soon...at least while they are able to purchase shares so cheap on the open market.
Wallace, that would be the entire SEC. em

Rocket excellent question...
I'm only speculating here, but the business reason that PJTG fell apart could have been that RFID became ubiquitous. There were and are so many players in this space, the profits became pretty slim. Microsoft probably saw it as another freebie at that point.
Buzz is in a unique position as an up and commer. I think the market is already frustrated with ATT, Verizon and the so-so VOIPs out there now. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of the bigs snap them up once they gain marketshare.
LOL! If we ever make it off the pinks, the larger investor community is going to kick his a$$ for being an insufferable s.o.b.
Just ate the worm at the bottom?
DFB, that would be awesome!
Unfortunately, hoping won't do much. What can be done rather than sit back and hope management starts performing?...and buying more stock is not the ONLY answer. :)
Where's Mills Lane when you need him? LOL.
Agreed. Management stepping up now is key. em
I'm fairly new here, but have not had much response from the management in the last week from my attempts to call them. They need to work on a couple of things, which isn't so bad except that those things are public-facing.
I think they'll be fine, just a tad frustrated at the lack of communication. Let's hope they are away making big deals.

AWWWW, you know it, with Guinness chasers! em
