Wish our company could negotiate a deal to be acquired for 200-300M range. Our present Market cap is around 759,571K. Maybe 200M for the shareholders and rest 100M worth of equity for management towards the new company. In this kind of market it would be a blessing for all the party involved. Just my humble opinion. I believe our company got solid platform for a cash rich company to acquire and prosper.

Our share structure is not that bad compared to most of the other OTC stocks. Some are trading at much higher range than us. Wish management could use better ways of funding than touching with share structure. They could had provided preference shares or other arrangements to their partners/ Funders if any. Hopefully momentum will come back. Wish they can explain why they increased Share structure and also if they can Buy back shares or bring down A/S. This all will help to bring in more confidence. JMHO!

I wish we will never move to NASDAQ or any other bigger exchange.. . We just stay in OTC and create OTC history! lol provided if things line up the way we are thinking / dreaming..JMHO

I agree with You. It is all about timing and momentum. Which they can bring down the Authorized Shares and Buyback some shares .

Right now it is very hard to tell.Wish we didn't get today's PR lol. Market is looking for something different to build momentum.If they can buyback shares and update regarding moving to NASDAQ that all could help in a positive way.. Hydrogen market for sure has great potential. Global Hydrogen generation market could reach $1 trillion plus per year, if it takes off well and if world is serious about zero emission.JMHO! Hopefully RONN can eye Markets in China and India too. .

Not every Bio gets DOD funding. I have a feeling this is not our typical Pinksheet company. Management seems to be respectful and they have a serious Pipeline. if things all goes well. Who knows we could make OTC History :) JMHO! It is always better to be cautiously optimistic.

I agree with you. With almost similar O/S HUMBL did something unimaginable. I watched it from the sideline lol. Unfortunately only very few make exceptional run with real volume.

Do you think company like IBM, Black rock or any others would acquire BEGI ? Most of the Pink sheet companies are not doing that great. Before there use to be times when some even ran to almost $2. with out much substance. Now hardly doubt anything like that can happen . If there is a Buyout all is possible based on realistic valuation. .

I agree with you.Visibly for last few years the company doesn't seems to be active.No wonder we are not currently trading.They use to have valuable patents? Do you think it is possible some companies might have done Patent infringement? Are there any Valid Patent remaining? Does the insiders or PR company still owns shares of MCET? .

What out any news or real update. This is kind of sick joke. What is the point moving up. When there is no bid /ask support?. It can even go back even faster. I'm not even sure if retail is able to buy. Truly don't know what is going on.

Share structure seems to be decent. Hopefully they will try to keep it that way. Mining stocks and BTC is heading in the right direction. If MGTI can make the right moves and earn the trust of retail .Any thing is possible. Time will tell. Wish you all the best with your trading.

From a charting prospective. What do you think about the recent price action.Is it simply because of profit taking? I'm excited about this ticker and planning to accumulate. The momentum BTC is generating could help the cause. Few concerns which I have is why they are not daily updating current share structure? I'm not sure why not all trade platforms are enabling free trading. Is it because of "Warning! This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only ". If that is the case why they are not taking actions to correct it. The way Mara and other miner stocks are playing out. I thought we won't see these kind of drop in price and also volume is not that much. Either not that many peeps knows about or there is lack of interest. I'm basically trying to make my mind.What would be an ideal price to get in.
