Your overall sentiment I don't disagree with. The audit will be complete in due time. But two of your assumptions on the auditor are incorrect. Madhava Rao Mankal's main residence is in the United States and he has lived in Corona, CA for the last 15 years.
He's served as the CFO for multiple US companies, including the Myson Group at one time. Guy is capable, competent, and trusted, in my opinion why he was brought on by Henry to get the job done.
Finally, per our own US Embassy in Vietnam (see following link), he and Henry would be permitted to enter Vietnam.

Bidders today
Someone on the bid for 14k and 10k. I have a 100 shares if Chasedog wants them for $5.
The website expiring is odd. Unless they are going to roll out things on a new site. One can hope.
As other's have said before, it's best to not trade with emotion. When I put my own emotions aside and think about the pro's and con's of their sharing updates on getting current, I come up with more con's than pro's.
Sharing can tip your hand, alert competitors, and muddy any ongoing negotiations that we aren't aware of. Now with that said, if everything is in place, all parties a go, and their about to submit, there is no reason to not share this news, i.e. SEC is reviewing and filing will drop in X amount of weeks.
What this tells me, is that they aren't ready and it's no where near being imminent. I don't doubt this thing will happen, but unless someone can convince me otherwise it's entirely possible we could be sitting here until March 2022.
Will we see a filing in 2021 or 2022? To me either is possible at this point. Communication and transparency doesn't equal a pump, nor does lack of communication equal nothing is occurring in the background. The former is frustrating though. Some transparency over the filing process could go a long way.
Have been unwilling to sell at market for 3 days now. Had limit sell order at 4.65 and just bumped to 4.90 for 58 to 83 shares respectively.
Again, i'm only parting with a portion of my small holding. The remainder i'm leaving here and am long.
Feel free to slap the ask.
Thanks.
Rhubarb
So confused. My sell order for 83 shares at 4.65 is still not completed, yet people just purchased for $5.00
NDTP - 83 shares @ 4.65
Everything is good. Just looking to add some dry powder to pick up other stocks on these red days.
Thanks.
Will be parting with a few shares tomorrow for anyone who would like a discount. Above current SP but below $5 mark. I'm still long here and am keeping 75% of my shares, but need to free up some capital.
Thanks and good luck to all.
TD Ameritrade Deadline
Received a notice from TD that I won't be able to purchase shares from any Caveat Emptor after May 25th. One will only be able to sell/close their position from that point on. Ideally this won't matter as NDTP will uplist between now and July if i read the other posts correctly. But i'm assuming this will apply to Schwab folks as well. So get your shares while you can.
See my previous post as to POTENTIALLY why we saw the spike today, and could see more attention. Will be thrilled if i'm right and had a part in upcoming surges.
Good luck everyone!
So I did a thing...
I made contact with StanTheOTCMan @ StanTradingMan via Twitter. He's active on Stocktwits & I believe here on investorshub. Full transparency, I thanked him for cluing me into some other plays that have paid off for me and wanted to return the favor. He responded and while I can't be certain, my guess is some of the action we saw today or will see soon may be a result of this.
He's known to do his own due diligence, often asking for interviews and traveling to businesses and asking the tough questions. More importantly he isn't afraid of Stop Signs or Caveat Emptors. Where other's are scared, he looks for opportunity, like the members on this board. I suggested he start here and checkout Ecomike's exhaustive DD.
For those who may not know of Stan, he's a regular on Fox News day trading segments and proudly represents the every day man trader. He has a 100k following on Twitter and is transparent about his plays. He will cheerlead for what he believes in, but is NOT a dumper.
I will add i could be completely off base as well. He could get 1,000's of suggestions a day, but id like to think that his response to my thanking him means he read the entirety of what i sent. One other item, I don't know if this is the type of play he'd advertise publicly just yet. But i would imagine if he is onboard and when filing drops, he'd be open to bringing the Stan army into it.
A lot of conjecture here. GLTA and the lack of traffic on here has me excited. I think we all can feel the news coming soon. Or maybe i'm just overly optimistic.
You aren't kidding! $500 ask hahaha this is great.
We have competition, sort of...
Came across this by accident when setting keyword search alerts for NDTP news.

High level, it looks like they have a nasal treatment that's capable of crossing the BBB. Some big names associated with it as well.
I share because I think it's telling on several levels:
1. The need for a solution is real and I imagine the NFL is just the start for any company that can bring a product to market. Every impact sport at every level will want access. Not to mention eventual contracts with the military branches. General treatment for any accidents involving head trauma (the list is endless).
2. From a timing stand point, we aren't late, but at the same time this should create some urgency for our team. And I'm sure Larry Kubin is beating the table in wanting to make his own announcement and unleash his own network of former and current players as soon as the NDA's are lifted.
3. I'm excited because this is only one of the offerings NDTP has. So in reality, hopefully Odyssey Group will be looking over their shoulder when we take market share.
4. Just thought of this, maybe Odyssey will be one of our first customers and rents our licensing.
Take care everyone.
Solid DD Deserves A Thank You
EcoMike, thank you again for leaving a breadcrumb trail in Reddit and introducing me to this stock. It's interesting how personal catalysts in our lives can lead to new perspectives and open more doors. The OTC market was never on my radar in the past, but then WSB came along, which led me to Reddit's penny stock page, and your post leading me eventually to Investorshub. And now all other's DD is measured against this page (and almost none can compete). I've already been applying lessons learned here to scope out other OTC opportunities.
Note, my original intention was to pay for a quarterly membership here so I could private message Ecomike and others to share my plays/watch list as a small thank you. But when I go to pay i get an error saying my profile is not complete? Hopefully investorshub will let me actually upgrade to a paid membership soon. In the event i keep having issues, feel free to send me your email in a private message.
Good luck to everyone. Looking forward to the next few days/weeks.
Addition eyeballs. If you really want to expose others to this, i'd also drop the DD in other highly traffic'd platforms or into the lap of a respected OTC player. Then again, people might cry "pump and dump", but I honestly feel like the Caveat Emptor status helps in this regard. It would make people dig deeper to try and disprove and in the process they would discover quickly how real this is. The almost zero float and stock price holding steady at $5 and above alone should draw one in. And from there they would realize that the players involved are legit. This is not another bio tech play. This is as EcoMike has put it, the birth of a firm.
I'm just crossing my fingers a few of my other plays pop off in time for me to shovel in and buy more shares before this goes off the charts.
CHASE & Mike, if we really want to drive eyeballs to this stock less is more. I've been trying to upvote EcoMike's post on Reddit when I see them, but i think people are intimidated by the amount of DD Eco shares. Now I'm the reverse and ate up all i could of EcoMike's posts on there, then did my own DD to verify the folks involved. At the risk of sounding pumping (and I think pumping is completely fine here because a) there's no dumping b) this is a legitimate stock once one can get past its CE.
Here's my recommendation (I'd do it myself, but I don't have enough time on Reddit so the bots delete my posts), less is more. Get them with a title, upcoming catalysts. See my example post below:
Title: $NDTP = HELPING NFL PLAYERS, WAR VETS, & NON TOXIC CANCER TREATMENT
Theme: *Catalyst*
What problem is NDTP trying to solve?
*Check Mark* Traumatic Brain Injury
*Check Mark* Targeted cancer treatment without toxicity
*Check Mark* BBB details
*Check Mark* Potential Alzheimer's relief? COVID defense?
HOW does a currently dark CE OTC stock become a fully reporting stock listed on the NYSE in 3 to 5 weeks? INSERT link/links
WHY is NDTP a sleeping giant? INSERT link/links
WHO is behind NDTP? link/links about doctors and studies, connections, emphasize this isn't a pump and dump, rather the efforts of several doctors entire careers (30+ years), who have given up their patents and intellectual property and join forces under a single company.
FOLLOW the money - the veteran financial team shepherding this through to NYSE. ZERO FLOAT.
TO THE TBEV EX-LOVERS, we get it, you're hurt. The last marriage didn't work. A lot of businesses don't work out too. You lost money. We all lose money. This is a long way of saying, you're showing your bias. This is not even close to the same beverage play. You can talk all you want about people's past history, but the reality is past performance whether good or bad is not always indicative of future performance. And honestly, you're only hitting the negative notes. You are cherry picking.
Move on. It's ok. You'll find love again.
PRICE TARGETS - IMO this is a .33 cent initial, .66 cent mid, and .99 by end of summer. Anyone care to punch holes in this? Am I under or over estimating?
Initial, mid, long price targets anyone? Is it to much of a stretch to see this be a .10 < .20 < .50 stock?
Initial, mid, and long PT's anyone?
EcoMike, if you want more eyeballs from Reddit crowd, maybe post something like this (see photo below)? Note, Reddit won't let me post because i'm a newbie.
Damn it i can't get photos to work here...
TD Ameritrade not allowing anyone to open new positions. How is it going to rumble? I've been trying to pick up 100k shares all morning.
Unable to BUY shares at TD, says won't allow any openings. Anyone know why this is?
TD Ameritrade not accepting orders this morning?
Nothing wrong with healthy skepticism. Motivated me to do some additional searching.
If NDTP absorbed Keystone Nano, then that's 8 employees and $639k in revenue (assuming this is on annual basis, may be a large assumption, could be more or less). https://www.dnb.com/business-directory/company-profiles.keystone_nano_inc.0ad2914457bd0138bd539f18542e8295.html#:~:text=Keystone%20Nano%2C%20Inc.%20has%208,%24639%2C589%20in%20sales%20(USD).Their licensing to the tech IS the product, if i'm reading this right.
And i'm assuming Fountain kept the licensing to his patents?
Hovis is knowledgeable with bringing beverages to market. Would it be a stretch to say they have been quietly setting up distribution chains or could do so quickly? I don't think so. I imagine most new beverage companies engage existing infrastructure. You setup bottling agreements, distribution, etc. Essentially you're renting space on their lines. You give them the specs and voila. Same for pill manufacturing.
Feel free to punch holes in this theory. My guess is these guys have a war chest. Company and personal deep pocket. But maybe i'm being overly optimistic.
Gatekeeper allowed discount today or fell asleep at wheel? I could have used that $1.70 but i'll keep loading at the ask as hopefully there's not much time before lift off.
Separately but related, Ecomike, thoughts on you posting to reddit penny page and stock page with this title? "NDTP - NFL - VETERANS - CANCER" It should drive eyeballs to the post. Give them the elevator pitch with list of catalysts, 30+ years of development, those same individuals giving up their intellectual property and patents to come together and form a single company, being shepherded by financial industry players from OTC to NYSE. Purposefully quite. Float, $5 to $300.
Thanks for the additional context. Looking forward to "March Madness" hahaha
EDGAR DATA - Filing Submission
EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=1329944&owner=exclude
If i'm reading this correctly, my initial search is showing no submissions have been made in 2021 by NDTP. Others feel free to double check me here. Ultimately, could this be a way to monitor when they do submit? Essentially giving us a verified date to start a count down?
- Field mouse trying to contribute
The position I hope we're all in some day soon,
Just a guy from reddit who followed the breadcrumbs. Thanks EcoMike.
Was the 3.25 and 2.95 an anomaly this past week? Or is there a chance to get shares there again?
And do you guys want me to call Hovis for you? Find out when he's going to announce move to NYSE.
In all seriousness, thank you for the sleuthing done to date. This field mouse is holding tight to coattails and hoping to buy a house if this bet pays off.
Thanks,
Rhubarb.
