Hey guys. Any news of a reverse split coming any time soon? I looked and only found the information from 2018 but nothing new. Will there be an R/S or no?
Also, keep in mind that Bernd Forsch will be purchasing another $5M on November 20, 2020. I do think that something big is coming for $ASTI, let’s just hope they don’t pull a reverse split again. As long as they don’t go out of business or don’t do a reverse split, we could actually make some good money off of this. Solar can be very profitable if the company makes the right moves. All we can do is load up and wait. Fingers crossed something good comes of this.
Okay I think I know why the German millionaire investor is doing. He’s going to either work with or buy out ASTI. Read over this link I found on Google pertaining to the exact materials ASTI specializes in and I have a feeling something big is coming. Load up your shares now, this one is going to rocket sometime in December if not sooner after the purchase is made on November 20th.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_power_in_Germany
Here’s the data for the Reverse Splits done: 2000, 2007, 2014, and will happen early in 2021. Get out now!!!
https://twitter.com/homelssmillionr/status/1312303508826120192?s=21
DUMP YOUR SHARES NOW!!!
I hope you all read and listen to what I’m about to say. Every 7 years, exactly if you look at the chart, this company does a Reverse Split. Then the share price plummets to extreme lows (like it is now) and then they do another reverse split. People please do not buy this stock. These people are crooks. I was actually going to invest in this stock tonight until I gathered all the data and did my DD. Please look over the chart, then dump your shares. I don’t want to see anyone lose any more money here. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY.
Look at the charter, every 7 years dating back to 2000: 2000, 2007, 2014, and now 2021 they have already announced a 4th consecutive (every 7 years) reverse split. I hope you all read this and understand this stock is legit messed up. And the sad part is that if FINRA approves the split it’s completely legal. Don’t believe me, look back at the chart. Every 7 years.
Check out this write-up. No P&D either. This stock may be worth pursuing. I’m grabbing $100 worth at current price. I think this stock is going to make a huge comeback. This price is insanely low for a stock of this caliber. Hope we win with this. Here’s the link:
https://twitter.com/homelssmillionr/status/1311648338819702784?s=21
Watch this stock until late October, possibly late November, if it gets through the bankruptcy and starts planning reorganization it’s going to take off!! This stock can jump by a 300x multiplier. Could be a huge profit if they make it out okay and you buy LOW!! $.0019-$.0020 is ideal of course.
Better formatted 10-Q:
Released on Facebook. Search Stock Jocks to pull up a better version of it for free. Also, join if you’d like. It’s a cool informative site that just started yesterday. It’s legit.
From what I can gauge from my DD tonight is that PLYZ had a great 1st quarter this year, a terrible 2nd quarter, and then made a huge comeback for the 3rd quarter as far as revenue is concerned. It also looks as though they’ve reduced their debt down to $1.7 million dollars. If all this is accurate then this stock should soar. One thing about a great company is building revenue and paying down their debt. Many CEO’s and companies on the OTC market do not budget wisely and they burn through capital and that leads to their demise. This company makes many acquisitions and deals with other companies, seems to increase their revenue and reduce their debt. They’re moving towards being net positive and when that happens they could really take off. This stock has the potential to make the ultimate comeback but only time will tell of course. I’m not getting my hopes up but I’ll definitely be holding my shares tightly in hopes of a major payday. This should hit 9 billion in shares traded when it eventually moves and that should push the share price close to $.0020. How long it stays there is going to come down to the ultimate battle of Us vs. Pumpers & Dumpers. Guess we will see what happens over the next couple of weeks. Good luck to everyone and for the Longs, let’s kick some P&D ass.
I went to my E*TRADE account and then went down to the bottom where it says Analyst Research Reports, clicked on it, then clicked on Reuters Global and the report popped up. Dated 9/19/2020. So it supposedly came out a week ago from today.
@Matt24777, you’re very welcome. I’m sorry if the way I posted it doesn’t look good. Only way I could do it from my phone. Says it’s current. Let me know if I didn’t post the right one. Would you let me know your thoughts on the posting and the info please?

Financial Strength looks at business risk. The stronger a company is from a financial standpoint, the less risky it is. The Quick Ratio compares cash and short-term investments (investments that could be converted to cash very quickly) to the financial liabilities they expect to incur within a year's time.
The Current Ratio compares year-ahead liabilities to cash on hand now plus other inflows (e.g. Ac- counts Receivable) the company is likely to realize over that same twelve-month period.
Current Ratio 0.07
Total Current Assets 0.20 Total Current Liabilities 2.73
The Long Term Debt/Equity Ratio looks at the company's capital base. A ratio of 1.00 means the company's long-term debt and equity are equal. The Total Debt/Equity Ratio includes long-term debt and short term debt.
These ratios realize overall profitability, or the bot- tom line.

Gross Margin: This value measures the percent of revenue left after paying all direct production ex- penses. It is calculated as Revenue minus the Cost of Goods Sold divided by the Revenue and multiplied by 100. Operating Margin: This value measures the percent of revenues remaining after paying all operating expenses. It is calculated as Operating Income divided by the Total Revenue, multiplied by 100. Net Profit Margin: Also known as Return on Sales, this value is the Income After Taxes divided by Total Revenue for the same period and is expressed as a percentage. Interest Coverage: The Operating Income divided by the company's interest obligations.
Gross Margin shows the amount of revenue left over after deducting direct costs of producing the goods or services. Operating Profit and Operating Margin trace the progress revenue down to another impor- tant level. From gross profit, we now subtract indi- rect costs, often referred to as overhead e.g. facili- ties and salaries associated with headquarters op- erations.
Finally, Profit Margin shows you how much of each revenue dollar is left after all costs, of any kind, are subtracted. These other costs include such items as interest on corporate debt and income taxes.

ROA measures how well a company's management uses its assets to generate profits. It is a better mea- sure of operating efficiency than ROE, which on- ly measures how much profit is generated on the shareholders equity but ignores debt funding. This ratio is particularly relevant for banks which typi- cally have huge assets.
The annual dividend is the total amount($) of div- idends you could expect to receive if you held the stock for a year (assuming no change in the company's dividend policy).
Return On Equity: Income Available to Common Stockholders divided by the Common Equity and expressed as a percentage. The dividend yield is the indicated annual dividend rate expressed as a percentage of the price of the stock, and could be compared to the coupon yield on a bond. The Payout Ratio tells you what percent of the company's earnings have been given to share- holders as cash dividends. A low payout ratio indi- cates that company has chosen to reinvest most of the profits back into the business.

This section also includes the amount of Cash Per Share the company had at the time of its most re- cent quarterly or annual report. Most of the time, this number will be far below the stock price. In a healthy industrial company, a Cash Per Share figure that is close the stock price might suggest that investors are underestimating the worth of the company's ongoing business, thereby creating an interesting investment opportunity for you.

Hey folks don’t know if you’ve all checked but PLYZ’s 10q was released on 9/19/2020. On E*TRADE I scrolled down and checked the reports section and it’s there. I tried to find it to post it here but no luck. I’ll keep looking. If you have E*TRADE it’s on there. Check it out!
@Stonerex I do like your saying however it doesn’t go with the ticker symbol. Basically you just said the same thing I said but I used the ticker symbol so mine trumps yours. Try to come up with one using the actual ticker.
Found this little gem the other day with just 3 total trades on it and then researched it like crazy and realized it’s going to pop. This stock has massive potential. I have hand-selected $UBQU as one of the next stocks to really take off, possibly by next Friday, 10/01/20. With great high-potency CBD products and a great product name - CannazALL - not to mention the Hemp Life website they own, this stock is heading in the right direction. I’ll be loading this up all next week. Let’s help this stock get off the ground and help the PPS soar. Just remember, UBQU and I’ll be me. Lol

This stock is set to take off. Grab your shares now!!
This stock is going to take off come December. Q4 is when this stock is going to really take off and then it will really take off come 2nd quarter in 2021. I’ve posted a link below that I’d like to use as a refresher. Patience is key here. Long hold, this goes major copper. Hold strong and stock up if you haven’t already. This stock is gearing up to skyrocket.
https://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/bioelectronics-chairman-outlines-new-direction-for-company-2020-08-10-81841258
My recommendation, buy this stock like crazy. It has the ability to go dollars easily. Check the charts and look at the fact that they have now begun to target the rideshare industry. This is huge folks. It may take a couple of years for them to acquire major deals, acquisitions and/or mergers and set the wheels in motion, but make no mistake when this occurs this stock will rise back to where it was two years ago. Just read over this article that came out in January 2020. Link is posted below. Covid has hindered businesses but the ones that remain will be the strongest and big gains will be made. Hold long and stock up while it’s still dirt cheap.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/arista-financial-corp-announces-2020-142129276.html
***other stocks that I expect to rebound big like ARST are FTXP & GFTX. Make no mistake they’re all going up.
@Laylos and the group. My apologies and there is no deal happening between FB & WDLF. I couldn’t delete my previous post. There’s no announcement coming this Friday. Hoping that maybe this stock moves this Friday without any news. Who knows, stranger things have happened in OTC land. Sorry for posting misinformation.
Alright @Laylos hopefully this will perk you up. 7 hours ago I came across this real tweet on Twitter. It has been said that as early as this Friday an announcement will be made that there is going to be a joint venture between Facebook & WDLF. This Friday!!! Load up now folks, it’s showtime!!
https://twitter.com/askwarrenhq/status/1305622307864342529?s=21
Buy up your shares now, load heavily. This stock is about to take off soon. Though I do not believe the Senate will pass the bill to make it legal federally, this country will federalize marijuana by the next presidential election(2024). In the meantime this company is going to expand until that point in time and they will be backed by solid investors resulting in the share price gradually going up slowly at first. I do feel it will take awhile to get back to where it was in previous years, this stock IMO will skyrocket by the end of next year. Stock up on shares because these low prices are about gone.
This stock is ready to take off!! Grab up your shares, as many as you can @ $.0001 first thing Monday. This stock is going into the pennies. This stock is golden.
This stock is going to go way up over time. It hit $5.20/share last year and I think it can hit that within the next year or so considering we are entering into the major cannabis era in the US. This stock price is going dollars. I believe the stock will go back down to around $.0060 and that’s the time to load up on it. That gives a near 800 times multiplier. Load up on this stock while you can.
If you look at the CEO, who sold his last company for $540 million and realize this is a CBD BIOPHARMA company with massive upside to be gained, not to mention looking at how quickly they’ve risen in share price in just a few months, you’d have to be blind to not be able see that this thing is set to take off. Once they get the new drug use approval for Covid-19 & COPD treatments, not to mention they’ll be able to get approval to use on ARDS eventually, and they start treating people with respiratory illnesses this stock could go dollars very easily or they could be acquired by an even bigger cannabis or biopharma company resulting in share holders making a lot with a cash buyout. Once this stock clears a penny it’ll never be able to be purchased again under $.0040. Better stock up now folks because by Halloween this thing is going to start climbing and that’s all she wrote. Shorters are going to get smoked and the investors who hold long-term will be wealthy. In a couple of years, if it hasn’t been acquired yet, share price will easily be $3. In the future all that will be said is “I tried to tell you.”
I hope you all start stacking up shares soon. Each day this stock is beginning to show more and more like it’s going to go. All the indicators are there and it will pop by end of September. Knowing this we should all be stacking shares of it. It may only go up to $.0017 but it’s going to rise. I’m stacking 20,000,000 shares atm and I plan to have 30 mil shares by the time it hits. This stock is ready to go within 4 weeks, if not sooner. Then the big dog PLYZ is going to go off. Recommend getting some of that too. Just a suggestion.
MjLink, who is owned by and part of WDLF, is making a push to be placed on NASDAQ. Go to their website and read for yourselves. Here are the links.
www.mjlink.com
https://www.mjlink.com/invest/
This could be BIG!!
Alright I went to the MjLink website (MjLink is owned by WDLF) and MjLink lists on their website that they’re trying to get onto the NASDAQ. Could be big news coming here soon. It’ll probably take 30 days but by the end of September I’d expect it to move a bit, up to at least $.0015. Only my opinion of course. Here are some links to the information.

For everyone who thinks this stock is a P&D or doesn’t think it’s a good stock that’s going way back up over $.25 that’s your loss. I’m holding long-term because this is a life changer stock. Same with GFTX. If you haven’t noticed these two stocks move very similarly to one another when using pattern analysis. Both are extremely low priced and both will most likely go back up to around $.50/share. Just wait and watch. I’m calling it now and it’s going to make me a millionaire. Hope you all decide to take this long train ride to half dollar land with me. Go back and check the charts pre-COVID-19. The evidence is there and once this country gets back on its feet by February it’s going to be showtime.
Hi everyone. Here is some information I thought you might all like to look over. One of the articles has positive news in regards to upcoming improved revenues for the company. I think this stock may begin to move upward right around September 1st if they release their Q3 report possibly showing increased revenues from laser treatments. My opinion only of course.

@Laylos - it comes from Stock Watch off of Twitter. They are a legitimate place to get information and up to minute news releases and updates on stocks. I put a link on my previous post showing the update. They usually do not include articles just really quick one or two sentence updates. WDLF would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement until the deal is reached and then both companies can announce the deal when it’s all said and done. They should be releasing information sometime within the next week or two, maybe sooner.
Here is an article that I thought you all might like to look over for fun. It was passed along in the Yahoo discussion forum. PLYZ is mentioned in it in regards to the future of AI technology.

***UPDATE***
- okay so here is some more info on share buy back that makes stock becomes Treasury shares.
Treasury Stock Overview
A company may elect to buy back its own shares, which are then called treasury stock. Management may intend to permanently retire these shares, or it could intend to hold them for resale or reissuance at a later date. Common reasons for the repurchase of stock include the following:
A stock buyback program that is intended to reduce the overall number of shares and thereby increase the earnings per share. This action can also increase the price of the stock, especially if a company has a policy of buying its own shares whenever the price falls below a certain threshold level.
When a company is forced to buy back shares from someone who is attempting to gain control of the business.
When a company has the right of first refusal to reacquire shares.
When management wants to take a publicly-held company private, and needs to reduce the number of shareholders in order to do so.
A business has no alternative use for excess cash, and so elects to use it on a stock repurchase.
Stock that has been repurchased does not qualify for voting purposes, nor should it be included in the earnings per share calculation that is reported by publicly-held businesses.

More info for the group (source is a new found friend from Twitter/Stock Watch):
Bistromatics is the CTO’s (chief technical officer) company in Canada. EWLL currently licenses the PHZIO telemedicine platform from them as well as the IP (intellectual property rights which means they can decide how the tech is used). They are going to transfer these back to Bistromatics aka the CTO in exchange for significant ownership of Bistromatics. Now what this does is gives them asset leverage, our EWLL will now own assets which gives them a credit rating along with their revenue. Now Bistromatics is not going to give ownership to a company they do not trust or that has a chance of bankruptcy because then they become vulnerable. That’s where the 20B A/S come in. With that ability to raise capital there is almost no chance of bankruptcy.
In exchange for all of this EWLL, now led by Douglas MaLellan, will become a VAR (Value Added Reseller). A VAR takes the original software and packages it with other hardware for sale. In this case the value added will be:
Physical Rehab
Monitered exercise and fitness
Nutritional Consults
Mental Wellness; Legal; and other counseling.
They will charge employers $2/month per employee base fee for all of this. They expect to cut employers costs by 67% just on the Physical Rehab portion alone.
They will target large companies. So essentially what they are offering large companies is an all inclusive platform. This is what LRDG signed on with them for, and as we have seen LRDG’s subsidiary 27 Health definitely has the ability to sell.
EWLL just made their first revenues in 2019. We are in at ground floor of a company that has multiple Billion revenue potential. The pay with services will be done via Blockchain so there is no cash involved.
So now we have 4 companies working very closely together. When you buy shares of EWLL you are getting the work of 4 companies revenue streams.
The $2 is just the base rate, they add charges/session. That is why our new CEO is estimating numbers of 6m patients by the end of 2020. If this works, which it has a very good chance of, Ewellness will become a centerpiece of ever major corporations employee package.
HUGE POTENTIAL!!
When they outlined their negative capital being $8,114,425. Most of not all of this was spent on R&D. So my guess would be this system is set and ready to go. They also said they only need 1.6M in Capital to get this going because all they need is to start the massive ad campaign.
***Information from a new found friend on Twitter, everyone say hi and thank you to Sesh. You’re the best!!
100% confirmed WDLF/MjLink is ironing out the details for a possible reverse merger with possible company Hemp Depot. Both are out of Colorado. Disclaimer: I’m not certain it is Hemp Depot.
Okay so I may have just figured out who is going to be taking over WDLF/MjLink and it would make perfect sense. I think it is a weed wholesaler company that is MjLink’s number 1 buyer. The company is called Hemp Depot out of Colorado. It makes sense because they currently are not publicly traded so the fastest route for them to be able to get into the stock market to get big investors and grow their business would be to buy up an already existing company. If this is true we are going to be f$%$&ing rich!!! I know this is all speculation so I don’t want to say too much and get everyone’s hopes up but if it is Hemp Depot, our share price is going up into the dollars over the next year or two. Hemp Depot has increased their revenue by over 10,000% within the last 9 months!!! Check out the link below. This could be huge. Fingers crossed. The second link is to show the relationship between the two companies. They have been getting more tightly knit as time goes on. This would be the best reverse merger to date on the OTC market. CBD is going to make billions! This is our .com era.

Here is a link (below) to the current trials study for QuadraMune. I highly recommend looking it over. Main thing here is the clinical trial completion date which is November 8, 2020. Once the trial is completed the data will have to be reviewed and determined valid. That usually takes a few weeks so basically if Quadramune is determined to be effective and able to be used to treat Covid-19 and/or used to help treat diabetes we should know by early to mid December. Stock up your shares because I have a feeling that around Thanksgiving or maybe a little sooner we will have some very good news which will make this stock skyrocket. Also, grab a good amount of shares or TSOI because they are the actual company that makes Quadramune. Their stock will soar due to the results as well.

- everyone should come together and we should cut the rug out from under these people the next time they jump this stock. They always try to bring it to about $.0014 or $.0015. So what we all need to do right now is put in an order to sell all our shares at $.0013. We will cut the rug out from under them and we will walk away with the cash this time. Who’s with me?
- WDLF in talks of reverse merger or possible acquisition. Only time will tell what’s going on behind the scenes. I can tell you this much, there’s more than usual activity going on with this stock on the charts and in trade activity. It’s going to go up soon, who knows how high it can go with the day traders/pump and dumpers. My guess is that it can hit around $.0015 on day 2 or it’s first movement to $.0003. Keep an eye out and watch the volume and # of trades. That tells the whole story.
@nwsun
- with EWLL their spike for now is done. In order for them to move again they will have to have some good news (increased revenue or another big contract signed) in order for the share price to increase. Also, rumor has it they may be going through a reverse merger or may even be bought out. The good news is with their revenue stream and being at the right place at the right time with telehealth physical therapy platform, it’s going to generate a lot of good news, money and contracts. I do think that once the 3Q report comes out, and it shows all of their business contract revenues and growth, their stock is going way way up. It may hit $.10 by end of the year. If they go through this reverse merger we should all get some decent money for it. It all depends on what happens by October 1st. If you own shares you’re going to be happy I can tell you that much. Just sit back and enjoy the ride! Next time it won’t be just $.0017 either.
@ Alexandt you are very welcome! Yes they pushed back their release date (8/14 to 9/28) of their earnings report but there’s also rumors of PLYZ getting ready to go through a reverse merger with a private company based out of Toronto, Canada. You may want to snag up shares soon as I’ve been trying to buy a lot more @ $.0001 but haven’t had any success. Not sure what’s to come but I do know that the only way is up for shareholders.
On another note, I thought I’d throw something out there for the group. It seems as though ticker WDLF is in talks to complete a reverse merger as well. Could be big money. I’ve also picked them to start moving tomorrow as they have signaled two indicators I use to pick stocks ready to take off from the basement floor. Today WDLF not only went to $.000001 but it made the classic “W” shape which is usually indicative of a movement coming, in this case an upward movement. Try to use this method when watching these penny stocks that are sitting on the floor. Look for them to hit $.000001, multiple times usually, and then they either make a “W” between $.000001 and $.0001 or they jump over a number, such that on the chart it moves from $.000001 to $.0002. Those are usually red flags screaming “buy me, I’m moving upward.”
I do hope this helps everyone. Not trying to be a know it all just trying to help as best I can. I want us all to make a lot of money so we can all actually retire some day. Best of luck to everyone here, even the naysayers. I hope it comes through for you too.
