amarex chief is Iranian like NP so I speculate that there was some sort of preexisting relationship
CI - the FB page you refer to is not an official CYDY group - it's a shareholder group. One of the mods of the shareholders group is Chris who is also a CYDY vendor. He DOES NOT moderate an official CYDY page, group or handle on Facebook, Insta, Twitter or anywhere else. Your narrative fails on every level.
Except for the fact that he (and two other mods) joined/moderated the FB group for approx. two years before he began freelancing for the company....
Why thank you! I consider it a small win. Beaty and co must feel the facts I present disqualify some of their rants.
I was banned a few weeks ago from the Beaty message board.
Probably true for new cases. I would imagine that like the HIV patients, previous trialees are grandfathered for continuation. I am speculating only. Don't know her status personally.
She has cancer, not Covid. Doesn't apply.
Then how come at least half of the 'giftors' to 13-D are financially involved in IncellDX? Please see yesterday's filings - it's all right there. Millions of dollars combined...
Aussies are going to take this to .035 - 04 after the unhalt on Monday
Damn right my friend.
I'm shocked to find out that New York (my state) is NOT a RTT state, neither is NJ. At least I know to get to CT if I need to.
I asked a legal assistant about this yesterday and he agrees with you.
4 doses 4 doses 4 doses
I would've agreed with this in the past. The Sidley and Sloan retainers could seriously change the trajectory of what we're used to with Cytodyn.
,
In some states, mine included, courts are way behind due to Covid. So something that would usually take 6 months to get on a docket will now take 18 months at minimum.
Not too shabby https://investor.com/rias/fairfield-bush-co-105970
CYDY could've thrown BP under the bus publicly a long time ago. WOW.
Also re: Sidley Austin LLP https://bestlawfirms.usnews.com/profile/sidley-austin-llp/overview/3701
YES
For the good of the company, the drug and the patients who can benefit, Nader must resign. This is the cliff's edge.
I believe Misiu until someone can prove otherwise. I've placed calls to a few people who are on the perimeter of someone in the mix - and hope to get some sleuthing accomplished.
At this point there's no yellow brick road for SHs with either of these options. I'll be hoping for a partnership with a larger and proven Pharma company.
I still think NP is supremely unqualified to lead CYDY but due to this information, I am revoking support for 13-D. If Misiu said this happened, I believe her 100%
The film would have an Erin Brockovich feel to it IMHO.
Perhaps try Lalezari?
I don't care if it's 13d or Spongebob Squarepants - but we need a new CEO. If NP's ego can't handle it, let him be co-CEO or CMO or C something else. We would've hit something by now if we had a marginally experienced, connected and calm/collected leader. I'm not asking for Warren Buffet - anybody C- to B- would make me content at this point.
Like clockwork.
vs NP? Cmon Evil. Let's not compare apples and oranges.
The thought of a Patterson/Recknor collaboration would blow this thing up.
Slot in a C-suite with relevant experience and we're buying boats next year.
Common sense says that a man with his education, track record and successes would not align with people who were not of similar caliber.
Nader, Scott, Antonio and all CYDY staff who are reading the boards - PLEASE STOP with the webcasts. Every single time NP goes on the air our stock drops. Can't we just enjoy the mTNBC news and let it ride? Please cancel this. Every single webcast opens doors for the haters, trolls and shorts.
STOP the MADNESS.
Communicate as needed with results-oriented PRs. Nothing else. Leave your egos at the door for the sake of the SP. For once can you just think a few steps ahead?
I feel like the only way to avoid this is to let RECKNOR talk and/or be quoted in future communications. FDA, SEC and market seem to be anti-Pourhassan across the board. If you're following the #FreeBritney saga, I'd compare NP to Jamie Spears... #FreeLeronlimab
It's now clear he was NEVER competent enough to run this company. I, for one, wore the rose-colored glasses because yes, the drug seems to be great, and I actually was dumb enough to believe Nader's hype. I am ashamed that I allowed myself to be conned by this clown.
Or just check the spam folder for all that is holy and good...
Add UK, Mexico & Canada as well. Poor Hassan was spinning those like sure things.
That was fun.
Offer senior-level FDA execs free flights on Phillipine Air! Oh wait...
good grief... 3x you got that right.... you could lay out a red carpet, two bodyguards and a walker, and NP would still find a way to fall in a puddle.
I am not here to bash CYDY overall, but based on what I've seen this guy isn't qualified for a mid-level position at any Pharma company. This company is being held together by bandaids because CYDY's needs have vastly outgrown Nader Pourhassan. Combine that with his gigantic ego.
Clearly Chris Recknor is a great asset, I liked M. Mulholland, everyone else can stay or not, but NP has to go. Whether that's on his own accord or as a result of a new board, I could care less.
When I first invested more than a year ago, I reached out to NP and team offering assistance in setting up informational meetings with major PR firms with whom I've worked with on various projects. Firms that deal with clientele as diverse as Abbvie to Kraft foods.
Nobody replied to me. That's fine, except that no PR (or IR for that matter) was ever engaged by this company. That struck me as oblivious to say the least.
If you read the 13d letter to the end, you'll see that this group has engaged a PR and IR firm already. Do some digging and you'll find that both firms are at the top of their fields.
They'll have my vote because it's terribly obvious that they've aligned with people who are adept and experienced. I am guessing that they've been putting ducks in a row quietly for some time, getting ready for success and putting Leronlimab in the end zone.
And whichever brave journalist writes the story will win a Pulitzer. It ought to be at least equivalent to the Woodward and Bernstein Watergate bust. I am not exaggerating,
It would be easy - his role could be downsized or buried in a contract clause. They could pay him to shut up. Not a new or novel idea....
We can assume that the Q+A discussion (which we are not privy to) went beyond the introductory facts of the presentation.
For the record, I've spoken with my doctors, a heart surgeon, and a researcher/scientist at Mt. Sinai NYC about LL (and subsequently CCR5 as a pathway). NOT ONE OF THEM had previously heard of LL and seemed genuinely intrigued by what I was saying.
So I have no problem with SK starting this presentation with very basic things. Let's assume the ideas and answers were progressive during the Q+A.
